Twenty poems encoded onto 183 IBM punch cards (30 × 4 cm), programmed in Fortran IV "for computer owners" and accompanied by a printed Dechiffrieranleitung — a deadpan decoding manual "for readers without EDP equipment."
This is a conceptual edition from the small Frankfurt press run by Raschke and Heinz Jacobi. The text is Raschke's poem sequence Karneval, first published in 1967 by V. O. Stomps's Eremiten-Presse (Spindler 250); this encoded version is catalogued in Spindler, Typen: Pressendrucke des deutschen Sprachraums seit 1945 (Merlin, 1988), as Euphorion Verlag no. 46.
